San Francisco and the Gorge

My first AWT experience in the USA!

Surf Magazine published an article written by me about my adventures in the Bay Area of San Francisco and the Gorge in the United States. It was an amazing trip. I competed in two AWT competitions (freestyle and slalom) and won in both competitions. It was impressive to see how well organized both events were, how many people showed up and how nice the atmosphere was. Besides the great windsurf sessions in beautiful surroundings it was also great meeting so many incredible nice and helpful people who I totally owe a lot of credits for making this trip so unforgettable.

I want to thank so many people but a special word of thanks I do really want to give to is to the family Mertens and Donna Woods. You guys were amazing! Thank you all and hope to see you next year!
