The Yoga for Surfers Weekend was a great success! The Yoga for Surfers Weekend was a great success! 

We had it all: crazy strong wind and a recovery yoga session, followed by dinner and drinks on Saturday. Beach yoga, Q & A during lunch and light wind practise on Sunday. 

Good vibes, lots of progress, laughter and very tired bodies! Thanks everyone for joining.

Happy to organise this weekend with my dear friend and yogi @yogastudio_ouddorp for the third year in a row. A HUGE thanks to amazing @maaikehuvermann for helping with coaching while I am still recovering from my knee surgery 🙌

3. Surgery went well - they found the piece of cartilage 
4. Chocolate is life - especially when stuck on the sofa
5. Watching action on the water 
6. While I am in my chair. Reading and eating ice cream 
7. My favourite captain 👩‍✈️

12. Good company. He found it that when I am reading, I’m not hearing anything you say 🙃

Fav healthy breakfast smoothie receipt, finally ma Fav healthy breakfast smoothie receipt, finally made it into a reel. The advantage of not being able to do sport this week 😯

It’s super simple and quick. Has three types of veggies (which you don’t taste!), nice texture and good macro’s. I often change the strawberries for mango, blueberries or red fruit, and Aya loves all the different smoothie colours. 
 
1 handful frozen cauliflower 
Half a banana (ripe) 
1/4 avocado 
100 gr courgette 
100 gr strawberries 🍓 
25 gr protein powder (I use natural or vanilla) 
3 table spoons of Greek yoghurt 

Toppings: 
1 tablespoon cacao nibs 
1 tablespoon seeds (I had pumpkin, sunflower and line seed) 
Handful of blueberries and strawberries 

Macros without topping: 
Kcal 320 
Protein 27gr 
Carbs 30gr 
Fats 20gr 

With toppings: 
Kcal 445 
Protein 31gr 
Carbs 36gr 
Fats 21gr
