Then you should join one of my online yoga lessons. I offer a vinyasa based yoga lesson with a mix of strength, flexibility and with a lot of focus on breath. It is a perfect yoga lessons for windsurfers who want to stay in shape during the windless days but don’t hesitate to join if you are not a windsurfer (yet ;-)).
The lessons always start with a little breath work or meditation, and from there we continue with a nice flow yoga workout.

LESSONS are on Thursday and Sunday from 5 till 6 PM (+1GMT) It’s english spoken (unless there are only Dutch people joining) and all levels are welcome.
